Tower body
The tower body is made of fiberglass material, which has the advantages of light weight, high strength and corrosion resistance. The surface of the tower is made of high-quality imported pigments, making the tower beautiful in appearance, bright and stable in color, and not easy to fade. The tower shape is reasonably designed, easy to transport, easy to install, and easy to maintain.
Packing
Use modified diagonal staggered packing or high temperature resistant modified packing with good hydrophilicity, large heat exchange area and small air resistance. The filler has the advantage of being flame retardant and has the highest temperature resistance under stable working conditions. The filler has high temperature resistance and can withstand high temperatures under stable working conditions.
Fan
The low-noise fan adopts low speed, wide blades, long and large horn blades, so it has low dynamic pressure, less flying water and low noise. Small towers are driven by direct-coupling multi-stage motors, and large towers are driven by high-torque star reducers or triangular belt reducers.
Water distributor system
The water distributor of the small tower is injection-molded with wear-resistant high-strength engineering plastics. The shell of the large tower water distributor is precision cast with copper and equipped with stainless steel bearings, so it is wear-resistant and durable. It is resistant to corrosion, works reliably, and can operate normally in places with poor water quality. The water distribution pipes are made of or pipes, the pipe holes are reasonably distributed, and the water is sprayed evenly.
Bracket
The plastic bracket of the cooling tower is made of high-grade engineering plastics. The metal bracket is made of thick-walled steel, and the ice is hot-dip galvanized. Has high rust and corrosion resistance.
Noise Control
The ultra-low noise design is based on the principle of acoustics. A sound-absorbing hood is added to the air outlet of the cooling tower. Sound-absorbing materials are installed inside the sound-absorbing hood. Sound insulation is added to the air inlet section of the cooling tower. The noise of the fan is weakened after absorption and reflection, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing noise. In terms of eliminating water sound, special water sound generation is used on the water trays of low-noise and ultra-low-noise towers to achieve the effect of lower noise.
